» By using the polarshideout.com website ("Service"), all services of Polar's Hideout, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"), including any subsequent changes or modifications to them. You are responsible for reviewing the TOS periodically for any modifications. These terms and conditions apply to web sites and interactive services (hereafter individually a “Service” and collectively the “Services”) owned or operated by Polar's Hideout (hereafter the “Company”, “Polar's Hideout”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and its subsidiaries and affiliates. By registering for an account and/or becoming a member to purchase a license for services offered on Polar's Hideout (hereafter the “Site”) you confirm your knowledge of and agreement to be bound by the then most current version of the TOS, which can be accessed from the Site. You are responsible for reviewing the TOS periodically for any modifications. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or use this Service. If you wish to close your account, please contact us. As set out in more detail below, Polar's Hideout RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND AND/OR CLOSE THE ACCOUNT OF ANY MEMBER WHO VIOLATES, OR WHOM Polar's Hideout REASONABLY BELIEVES MAY BE OR WILL BE VIOLATING, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE, AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

 

User Content

» All Content you submit, or upload may be reviewed by staff members. All Content you submit, or upload may be sent to third-party verification

services (including, but not limited to, spam prevention services). Do not submit any Content that you consider to be private or confidential.

» We reserve the rights to remove or modify any Content submitted for any reason without explanation. Requests for Content to be removed or

modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We reserve the right to take action against any account with the Service at any time.

» You are granting us with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish your Content in connection with the Service.

You retain copyright over the Content.

 

Your Account
» Your Account, including any information pertaining to it (e.g.: contact information, Account status, Account history and Subscriptions, etc.), is strictly personal. You may therefore not

sell or charge others for the right to use your Account, transfer your Account, nor may you re-sell, exchange your account or transfer ownership to another individual.

» You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password and for the security of your computer system that your account is hardware linked to. We are not responsible for the use of your password and Account or for all of the communication and activity on Polar's Hideout that results from use of your login name and password by you, by any person to

whom you may have intentionally or by negligence disclosed your login and/or password in violation of this confidentiality provision.

» Polar's Hideout is not responsible for the use of your Account by a person who fraudulently used your login and password without your permission. Your user account on Polar's Hideout

which grants you access to Polar's Hideout services should only be accessed by you and you only; We don't allow sharing of accounts between individuals if our system detects

any user sharing accounts, the account being shared will be locked/banned and access will be denied indefinitely to the software loader.

» Once you have purchased a subscription you will be granted the ability to register one device to link with your subscription (authorize), this device and this device

ONLY will be allowed to use the service. Your account can get a reset on the HWID lock to switch to a different device, but a certain number of hours could be taken off your subscription.

 

Saving Digital Goods Content

» After a purchase from Polar's Hideout you are obligated and required to save your digital contents such as license keys, text documents, or

any files given after a purchase for the digital goods.

» If you do not save your digital contents after purchasing, Polar's Hideout is not required to save your contents if you have

lost them due to any events that has occurred from either your side or Polar's Hideout's side.

 

Payments and Refunds
» Since our services provide electronic, virtual intangible goods we do not offer refunds. You will not receive any refund for partial or non-usage of the services provided, please

make sure the subscription you are going to purchase is correct and you've checked any details of the virtual goods before purchasing.

» After logging into our software distributor and accessing our private, paid user-group forums, you will have received the full value of your subscription and will no longer be eligible for any refunds.

Unauthorized use of funds for payment, fraudulent payments, attempts to ‘charged back’ or deny payments to your account will

result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated and/or legal action will be taken.

 

Assumption of Risk Anti-Cheat Software
» Some products or services offered by Polar's Hideout may be intended for use on video game software protected by anti-cheat technologies.

» Some products or services may additionally offer support for such anti-cheat technologies. Support for anti-cheat technologies does

not necessarily guarantee that any Polar's Hideout product or services sold will stay undetected on that particular anti-cheat.

» Polar's Hideout is not responsible for any damages incurred from using any Polar's Hideout product or service on a product that is protected by any anti-cheat technology.

Disputes or payment reversals are not permitted in the event that any of Polar's Hideout product or service used by you is detected by an anti-cheat technology.
